"Property was very clean, bed very comfortable and staff very helpful. Breakfast was very nice with a view of the beach. Property was very close to beach and tons of restaurants, the only issue I had was hotel was not very accessible as it is right off a main rd and nowhere to park to bring in your luggage or check in. You either need to carry your luggage a block away or take a cab just to check in. Knowing that now I would have planned better it it was beautiful I would highly recommend."

"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing.
After 17 hours of travel by plane, followed by two trains and a bus, we arrived in the evening expecting a clean and functional room. Instead, when I tried to shower, the water wouldn’t drain and immediately backed up with visible scum. It was clear the bathroom had not been properly cleaned or checked before our arrival.
The room phone didn’t work, so I had to go to the front desk. Rather than helping, the staff questioned why I was...

"Great stay, finding the place is a bit of a challenge, don’t rely totally on gps or you’ll drive over a cliff.
Bfast was one of the best so far, bed I give a 10 for hardness which includes one pillow.
Pool was inviting and friendly.
Easy walk down from the Ravello Center, loose a couple pounds going up if you dare."

"This hotel really impressed me, is more of a boutique style hotel, the location is a 10 out of 10, it’s super clean, the rooms are spacious, the food was very nice and the concierge was super attentive, my family and I had a lovely stay we will definitely return to this property"
