We really enjoyed the great views from our hotel , the beautiful path ( with lots of stairs) that we used for getting to the marina ( no need to get a gim membership 😊) and mostly the friendliness of all employees plus all the great food that we tried. "FABULOUS hotel and wonderful staff! Can’t wait to bring more friends to experience this beautiful property! For elderly people with walking issues, this would be difficult for them! Without a car you need to walk 20 minutes to catch a bus which was very cheap to go to Amalfi town, Ravella, Positano and other cities around 30 minutes to 1hour…. car from Naples airport to this hotel was $200 euro. I would not attempt driving here as the roads are very narrow and motorbikes constantly whizzing around you! It takes an expert to safety drive around this area! Catching a ferry from Positano was $30 pp but worth experiencing! Breakfast was included each morning and the people working here were fabulous! The views on top of the hotel were gorgeous! This property is very small with only 13 rooms so you receive personal attention! We loved it!"

"Beautiful, authentic, perfectly located Amalfi coast hotel. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been to. Amazing service and quality for your money. If I ever go back to Amalfi, I will stay here again no doubt. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location, which is clearly its main strength. Access to the main reception does require using stairs, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Our room was as described, with a pleasant sea view. However, I felt it was somewhat overpriced, likely reflecting the premium for the location rather than the overall experience. There were a few basic amenities missing from the room, such as a glass for drinking water and milk for making tea, which would have improved comfort. Communication with staff was occasionally challenging, as English proficiency seemed limited at times. While the hotel was busy with many tourists, the overall sense of warmth and hospitality felt somewhat lacking. I also requested a late checkout, but this could not be accommodated due to the hotel being fully booked, despite rooms still appearing available online."

"The hotel la bussola is a very nice hotel with friendly staff who are very accommodating. The breakfast was great and the dinner in the restaurant was good. The proximity to the main plaza was perfect for walking. The bathroom shower design was too small for us and the double mattress were uncomfortable. I would stay there again if the bathroom and the beds are changed. "
