"They gave us the key for a room that was occupied. When I opened the door a old man was watching tv(best case scenario) then they relocated us. But that situation was annoying and pet fee is way to high."

"I wouldn't stay here again. The area it was located in was not great. A lot of pedestrian traffic around the hotel. There was a dirty towel and a bottle of yellowish liquid in the parking lot that we informed the front desk about and it was still there the next morning. The bathroom ceiling had a huge area that was crumbling with a bit of a repair job attempted. It was clean enough that we did collapse exhausted into bed. Breakfast was fine. "Mi familia y yo tuvimos la peor noche en este hotel, se escucha todo lo que sucede en el pasillo, la limpieza en general tanto del hotel como del cuarto es muy mala, el desayuno es terrible, la variedad es muy poca, el pan, los beagles estaban súper duros como que los tenían ahí en exhibición desde hace días o semanas. En resumen no volvería a quedarme en ese hotel."

"This was a HORRIBLE experience. The first room they gave us, there was a man inside and the staff had no idea who he was! Then they moved us to a room where the TV didn't work, the towel rack was ripped off the wall. The staff acted annoyed most of the time, the pillows were flatter than a pancake. Pool was nasty, hot tub broken and filled with nasty water. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!"
