"Clean room, staff polite, kick back meal in evening was not very good. Salad had bad lettuce . Need to revise menu. Selections weren’t very good."

"it’s a very beautiful property with way more amenities than i’ve ever seen provided for free at a hotel !but i would not recommend for solo travelers the front door is completely glass and there were windows left completely open which does make for a homey feel but i also as a women know the dangers that could be faced"

"Loved everything except for the lack of a working elevator. It’s apparently been out for awhile and we were located on 3rd floor. Other than that, everything was wonderful, room was very spacious, beds comfortable, staff were friendly and breakfast was good."

I feel it is only fair to recognize that this is one of the nicest, cleanest, best-located, best-furnished, best-designed, and most stylish hotels I have ever stayed in. "This particular Comfort Inn was not as nice as the typical Comfort suites that we have stayed in. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Guest water in the lobby was room temperature, no ice. Of the two people manning the front desk, in the morning, neither would take my return keys. Wouldn’t stay there again!"

"Our stay was great. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The location was within walking distance of restaurants. The front desk hostess, Melissa, exhibited extreme professionalism under duress by responding to the needs of the guests in the dining area and at the front desk. All the while maintaining a positive caring attitude. Definitely a person who needs a promotion."

"Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!"

"Like: Location - close to I-40, easy access. Restaurants nearby, no need to drive. Staff - helpful, friendly Breakfast selection was okay. The room is 99% clean, didn’t feel a 100% cleanliness. Hot tub - had a hard time getting hot water. I think the faucet needs to be fixed. Overall we had a great time and we’ll come back again because of the location."
