"Los servicios del hotel están muy por debajo del precio que cobran. Durante mi estadía: (1) No funcionaba la llave del lavamanos. (2) No rellenaron los depósitos de gel de baño ni shampoo. (3) Aunque la conexión al router funciona, el internet no sirve. (4) El televisor está bloqueado para la conexión a internet. (5) Hace falta un coworking funcional en comodidad y conectividad."

"The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. "The property probably needs to be rated by some metric other than the condition of the pool (it doesn’t have one) and the functionality of the air conditioning (there was none). "Been staying at Andidos Florencia for the past 5 years and my experience with the staff and the food has been exceptional. You can see some things need upgrade already due to the past of time but they try to keep everything up to standards . The manager is always there and willing to help and accommodate the guest.
