"Our recent stay at Coocasa Mahabaleshwar was an absolute nightmare. The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom. The hall was a mess, cluttered with old boxes, and the outdoor chairs were wet and surrounded by garbage. To make matters worse, there was a dangerous leak above the stairs.
We raised these issues with hotels.com immediately upon checking in, but they were unable to...
"Place is not as per the description. Rooms described a delux room but it was an ordinary room and blanket they have given was not clean. Staff services was so poor. TV, WiFi was not working even after complaint they didn’t solve the issue. Overall extremely worst experience. I want compensation for this now"
