"The shower lookes poorly maintained. Th metal bars throughout the bathroom were rusted. The shower itself looked dirty. The room had a funny smell every time we entered. The most inconvenient part was the elevator being out of order and being placed in a room on the 3rd floor. It was a busy weekend and most hotels in the area were booked, so offering to cancel the reservation wasn't practical at that point. "We stayed in rooms 225 and 226 for two days, and the staff were very friendly. However, there was a lingering smell inside the room, and water was dripping from the air conditioner onto the carpet. To make matters worse, the microwave in the room wasn't working."

"Great stay! We will defently visit again. Breakfast was great, variety of options available. Staff was available at all times making sure everything was stocked and clean. The pool area was well kept, and towels were available at all times. The only negative feedback was the ice machine. There was no ice available the entire weekend."

"Very nice, clean, and very quiet. The gas station is directly adjacent and connected to their parking lot. Rudy's BBQ and gas is about 1 mile before the hotel. Great food. The breakfast was very good at the hotel! Everything about this hotel including all staff were fabulous."

"The room needs to be more clean. I liked that i was asked if like to see the room first then after I reported there was no water in sink over the counter and it was immediately fixed. Parking illumination was okay and a/c running perfectly."

"My experience at Quality Inn was great! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Our room was clean, and the AC worked very well! In addition, the breakfast was well stocked and replenished. Everything tasted great! The hotel's location is perfect! It was only 10 minutes from SeaWorld. Also, it was located near many retail stores and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again!"
