It was literally across the street from the King of Prussia Mall and the restaurant beside was a fantastic fondue spot! Parking was easy (and free) and we would stay here again without hesitation."

"Didn't get to stay even though paid for room they gave room to someone else, also know they did it to two other people we had all rode over on same shuttle bus. I call this piss poor management. Would never recommend a Doubletree hotel to anyone!!!!!!!!"

"The rooms that face the pool seem to have zero insulation from sound. They allow people to hangout in pool or drink by pool throughout the night so it’s very noisy."

The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, walls were grungy, second night we noticed a huge stain on one mattress, was just generally worn down and coukd have used a good scrubbing.
