"Honestly, it was OK but there’s a few things that they need to work on. They should have a WhatsApp system where we can connect with employees when we need something in the room instead of walking all the way to the front desk to ask for a simple thing like a towel. Also the system of ordering is ridiculous. You have to sign on every order you ask for. For example, if you ask for white wine, they give you a paper to sign for it then if you ask for Water, you get another paper to sign for it so...

"Let me start by saying the staff and service was excellent. You could not fault them for trying to please and ensuring that they made you as welcome and comfortable as possible. But the camp itself was very run down and showers and general facilities disappointing. The blame for this has to be with the owners of the camp who have failed to spend money on decent facilities. "We had a wonderful two night stay. The tent/rooms were very large and well decorated. We did have to ask for a hair dryer, but the front desk was able to provide one. The view from our patio included Mount Kilimanjaro both days. This was our favorite place to stay during our 14 day travels through Kenya and Tanzania."

The food was ample and delicious, compliments to the chef! The beds were comfortable and the WiFi was pretty good. The grounds were always spotless and the pool was refreshing!
