"Room not clean. A/C not working while the weather is extremely hot, the stuff changes a room for us, but the pipes is leaking and water drops from the ceiling, which is annoying. The location is good and the stuff is helpful, but the room is not good"
"It's a low end budget hotel ok to stay for a night or two. The room was decent and clean nothing overly impressive. The hotel itself was easy to get to on Uber. I wouldn't stay again. Plenty of parking onsite. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. Easy check in and check out."
"Lovely helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Bar with small selection.
Lovely rear garden to sit outside.
McDonald’s and grill restaurant next door"
"Let’s start with the positive. This could and should be a 5 star hotel (if it was run properly. The grounds themselves were beautiful. That’s all I can say positive. The staff receptionist Caroline was rude, unprofessional and not a nice person. She rolled her eyes at me because I don’t speak good French First they gave me a horrible ordeal over my service dog staying there even though they say on Expedia service dogs are welcome and exempt from fees. They insisted on charging me until I got Expedia involved. The rooms have no air conditioning, there is no refrigerator to keep anything cold nor any microwave to make anything hot. The neared restaurant is 20 minutes by car and the restaurant at the hotel is closed for dinner Monday and Tuesday and essay overpriced. Because of the lack of food options, I did sign up for their 18 euro breakfast which consisted of rotting fruit, crusty hard cheese and bread that had been sitting out for who knows how long, there was no milk or replenishments, it was absolutely dismal. When I checked in the first thing that happened was Caroline asked for my credit card. No Bonjour, no welcome, she was eating a sandwich and reeked of cigarettes. What a terrible shame for what could actually overcome the isolation due to the beauty of the hotel itself. Caroline at reception ruined the entire experience for us."
"The restaurant is excellent my dinner was wonderful and breakfast, well you couldn't really ask for more. It works be remise of me though not to mention the bed bugs. I got severely bitten, while having breakfast, I did notice someone else doing the tell tale arm scratch. They need to treat the mattresses."
"Small rooms for the cost. The Privilege room is the same size as a standard room. The extra cost for a coffee machine and bath robes is not value for money.
Hotel.com description stated freshly cooked breakfast, however it was buffet style.
Overall the hotel was not value for cost of room."
