"Room was spacious, cool decor and in the middle of town. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The innkeeper was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was basic but that's not what we came for. It is the one of the oldest hotels in Florida so it has a ton of character. "

"Clean rooms, great staff, fabulous location, walk to historic district, shopping and restaurants. Principals office bar so much fun. Only issue was no dresser for unpacking suitcase in room 6. Courtney brea, very friendly. Definitely a great find."

"We had an excellent stay at The Addison. The room was clean and charming. The place was meticulously maintained. Ron and Lisa were excellent hosts. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!"

"We really enjoyed our three nights staying for the first time as this small property on the beach. Hotel management & staff we interacted with were very friendly & helpful, responding quickly to any needs or questions. Although the rooms are basic, amenity wise, ours was quiet, comfortable & clean. We were surprised that the room had a mini fridge, so that was a plus for keeping snacks & bevs on hand. Also, centrally located on A1A, so very convenient for exploring the beaches & parks in the...
