"Very dated room with gross shag carpet…and to top it off my husband had a huge roach in the shower the morning we left…we understand critters are somewhat uncontrollable things but just topped off our feeling of how old and dirty the room was….especially for the price. Only upside was hotel amenities. Checkin/out and everything on property besides the room was satisfactory."

"The breakfast had a lot to be desired. The bacon was really greasy. The flat eggs were cold. The staff were very friendly & polite. The room was clean. But toilet had an issue with flushing. The fan ran all the time whether switch was on or not. And sink’s drain you pull up to let the water drain out was broken. So you had to manually pull up the plug to let the water out!"

Upon arrival I was given just my checking card and it had two different room numbers written on the card when I asked which one was to clarify the hotel manager looked at me not at his head and pointed a direction I said okay so is this number and he just nodded his head and pointed again. And then walking into the room there was dead bugs in the bed sheets cigarette Burns everywhere mildew all over the walls it was a disgusting Hotel I...

"Clean room and bathroom, nice shower, comfortable beds. Breakfast could be better."

"I know that this place is under new management, but it needs some work. When we came in the room a roach was on the wall. The cleanness of the room needs more work, the air conditioning works well, and it has enough parking. The reception lady was nice. The linen needs improvement and the floors and the shower were dirty. "

"There are two primary reasons I rated this property 3 out of 5 stars. The room and facilities were very nice. However, this is a Springhill Suites, not a Motel 6. I did not expect to hear my neighbors walking on the floor above me, nor did I expect to hear them using the bathroom. This is not what I expect from a well-respected, higher-end chain like Springhill Suites. The other reason I am not completely happy is the parking fees. I knew about the $15/day parking when I reserved the room, but...

"The beach view was is the distance with several buildings partially obstructing the view. Fresh towels, paper cups and waste baskets emptied each day- bed linens every 3rd day. Breakfast was limited buffet, repetitive hot choices, pancake machine difficult to operate. The breakfast room itself was very nice and comfortable with different seating choices. "
