"The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing wrong is that you can hear every single noise coming from the street. The highway is right next to the hotel and all night I heard cars zooming past. If you’re a light sleeper, this is not the place for you but aside from that, it was great. "

"Clean room, reasonable hours for breakfast, great location many attractions near by. Thankful I didn’t have a car though due to price of parking but the parking lot across the street is much cheaper. City view room is stunning. Also very quiet during my stay "

"They should really consider changing out the shower heads to something more useful. The shower head in my unit was a little bent forward. I’m also a little OCD and hate leaving soap on the walls when I shower. Can’t spray the soap off the walls with an overhead shower. Horrible design if you ask me. "

"Hotel was very well decorated for the price of the rooms. Room was very clean. One issue with a/c not working but management was quick to move me to another room. Seemed other guests had same issues in other rooms. Both rooms had great views of downtown Dallas. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Large variety of foods and drinks available. Despite being next to Dart rail the hotel and rooms were very quiet. A definite choice for my next visit. "
