"Stayed week of 4th of July. One of the busiest weekends of the year and only one elevator worked. They never had anybody out there working on it the whole time.. Guess not a priority. Spent a third of vacation waiting on elevator. They also expect you to pay $12 a day for parking... not disclosed until you get there. The only reason we would stay there again is because of the location."

"This is a new property and it had a few tweaks that were needed. However, it did not interfere with my stay. Allow me to give kudos to the staff. The GM Darren, manager Juanita, and the crew Deana and Dana were amazing. Any issue was easily addressed. They made you feel comfortable, and their customer service felt like having a friend in the hotel business. The bed is cozy, and the decor is modern and simple. The hotel is located directly at restaurant and bar areas. Easily walkable to cafes...

"I know the hotel is near the beach and is not going to be in prestine condition, but what a dump this place was. When you first walk in the office, it stinks. Check on time was 2pm. They said our room would not be ready until 2:30pm. Arrived in our room, an old dumpy king with a balcony view of the water. From the curtains, carpet, walls, bath tub, bedding and towels....all old and gross. To top it off, there were no towels in our room. We had to walk back to the office to get some. The bathtub...

"There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel."

"Staff was friendly but even tho property was under renovation, rooms were grubby, linens not fresh. Breakfast has no butter (or peanut butter ) for toast, no plain creamer for coffee."

"When I first reserved this place for my wife and mother in law, it showed a 7+rating about 2 months ago. When they got there it was dirty, nasty, and unkept. I went to the app that I used to rent it and the rating was now a 4.2. How does a property drop in rating that much in 2 months. It has to be because of the place itself and the ownership/ management. I don’t recommend this place for anyone."
