"Amazing trip to Amelia island. Such a nice resort."

"The hotel looks renovated. However, they didn’t do anything to the wet space in the guest rooms. Showers are very bad - next to no water pressure, shower was stopped up and stood in 3” of water the entire shower, the fixed panel leaked water and there was a lot of water behind toilet and floor."

"Pool area was a disaster. Messy, gum stuck to the pavers, plants & landscaping lacking attention-poor maintenance, no pool towels and had to ask three separate times over 30 minutes for towels since they were completely gone. Staff lacked a sense of urgency! Checked in and handed the older gentleman my Bonvoy credit card and license. He returns them several minutes later and then wrapped up by saying he will need a credit card authorization and again asked for my credit card. Did NOT feel...

"This condo is just across the road from the boardwalk to the beach, allowing for easy access to the waves. Outside of the condos is a shower and hose to help remove the sand. The outdoor space around the condo was inviting. Our first impression when we opened the door to the condo was "Wow!" It was meticulously updated with high-end upgrades, including a washer and dryer, which was much appreciated. The kitchen was beautiful and so was the bathroom. They even provided beach towels! "I loved the convenience afforded by the property. Right on the beach. Great beachside restaurant. Right on the main highway, so easy commuting. The room was clean. The staff was responsive. I just can't say enough good about this property and Amelia Island in general. I will be returning."

"There were no towels in the room and when calling to ask for some they stated they didnt have any and would have to get back to us. The shower was dirty AND bed had hair all over it like it had not been washed. Also, breakfast is not included. They have coffee and some granola bars but no breakfast as advertised to convince people to stay there."
