"Breakfast was good. The shuttle is very convenient. The hotel was nice. Only complaint is that we traveled with a young baby and the tub in the room was broken so bathtime was a bit of a challenge."

"All the staff was very helpful especially at the market. She gave me a free cup of milk to go with my milk and cereal. A few issues I had was for my room was there was a huge red stain in between the two beds on the floor and another stain on the right side of the couch. Maintenance couldn’t clean it but did put something over it so I don’t strip on it. Also this is the first time I had a hotel room not have garbage bags in the garbage can. I had to do it myself. The tissues could be better...

But there was a fridge and microwave and that came in handy. There was also a iron which was also helpful. They also need a better elevator. It was slow and very dirty."

"We stayed June 13 for the Brazil vs. Morocco World Cup match. Every aspect of this stay was a failure. THE HOTEL: Hallways were impassable, stacked with unopened LG TV boxes, Sleeptone comforter deliveries, overflowing laundry carts, and garbage bags. My daughter stepped over debris to reach our room (see photos). The escalator was broken. The pool was closed, reception told us they hadn't received sanitation clearance, with no projected opening date. Lobby and in-room bathrooms had no soap....
