"Floors dirty and peeling up in livingroom and bedroom, roaches in the kitchen. Went to warm a roll and roaches in the microwave. Listing says non-smoking but you can smell the smoke. Grungy, yucky rooms."

"Room was spacious with separate bedroom and bathroom however carpets were not clean. Staff were very cooperative and anything requested were promptly responded. They even helped out flagging taxis for my daughter when Uber cancelled on her on New years eve, so 5 stars for their professional attitude. The only downside was no hotel parking and there was a AED 30 per day arrangement at a 3rd party parking 5 min walking distance from the hotel which was very narrow and difficult to get in and out...
