"First hotel ever that did not include a coffee pot or coffee or tissues in the room. Soap dispenser in shower was empty. TV lacked any premium movie channels. Check-out time was not posted anywhere in room. Shower had hand rails by nothing in tub to prevent slipping. When I went to front office first ..."

"The lobby was clean. My room had an odor and dust was on the coffee maker and the ice bucket lid. Under the sink in the bathroom is very dusty. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Very discolored and nasty looking. Carpet needs shampoo."
