"I had a great stay in the ibis Ouarzazate hotel. Nice staff, if you had a question they were there to help you. I rented a car, but also without a car you can move by taxi. "The rooms are good but their service is poor. Charging $700 per night, they don't even replenish the items in the room on daily basis - coffe pods, shampoo, other basic things. Reception staff does not speak or understand English which was very difficult to us to communicate"
