"Great Location."

"Room was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful though it wasn’t always easy to Find someone to help at the bar."

"Too much time wasted. If you want a rating pay me."

"The general manager at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Property was very clean and well maintained."

"If you're looking for a place that will answer the phone or return online messages then this is NOT the place for you. They don't answer either of them."

"The stay was good. The property and rooms were average and could use a bit of upgrade. The bathroom floors were not very clean. Overall the stay was adequate for what we needed."

"This hotel is not like a normal hotel. Their overnight worker was in a bathrobe. The pool deck needs to be checked for compliance. It is not slip resistant. My daughter got hurt just stepping out of the pool. I would not recommend to anyone with kids. Won't be ever going back."

"We enjoyed a quick night at the Iowa House for a campus visit. Easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms. The freshly prepared breakfast quesadilla was delicious! Will stay again!"

"I loved that it had the comfort of being in an apartment/condominium!"

"We were staying there two nights so I requested a first floor room when we checked in and they said they didn’t have any available. Seemed strange when the motel didn’t seem busy at all. No one was usually at the front desk either since they weren’t busy. The bathroom had rusty faucet and no Kleenex anywhere in the room. Some of the walls in the motel needed patching and fresh paint."

"The room was nice, but the curtains did not close all the way. Saw the neon of the hotel across the street all night. The bed was way too high. I had to almost jump up to get to it. Overall, not a bad place to stay for the night."

"The facility was clean and the Staff very welcoming. Breakfast selection was very good."

"We had access to the whole area, livingroom, kitchen and bedroom bath. It was a lovely establishment and the hosts were very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. If you book directly with them it is free."
