"Room was beautifully decorated. Staff felt like family. There was no pool. We had breakfast at the hotel which was very nice. Night time wine with cheese board in the courtyard was also delightful. Dog friendly in and outside of the cafe. The property is also home to several shops and a distillery. Most rooms are walk ups. But ours was accessible by elevator"

"Our room did smell when we first checked in. I used room spray to help combat the smell. The front office thought it might have been the water the cleaner used to mop with. By the 2nd day the smell was better. The room is nice but I don’t like being on the 2nd floor and going up and down the stairs but apparently that is all they have available. The social hour in the evening is just okay, nothing exciting. And the breakfast is just okay too, nothing exciting. They do close the pool around 7pm...
