"Though we did not actually stay here, the customer service was fantastic. We booked 2 rooms for a night. I checked in the early afternoon to make sure the rooms were on the same floor. They changed things around to make that happen. Later, due to unforeseen circumstances, we no longer needed the rooms. "We had a short but nice stay at the Amish Country Hotel. The location was central and convenient. We enjoyed sitting outside in the grassy area in the evening and even saw fireflies! As a bonus, we did the complimentary tour the next morning. We weren't sure what to expect since it was free, but we thoroughly enjoyed it! We would definitely stay here again if in the area. "

"It is not a luxury hotel but very clean and convenient. You are in a center of Amish town. Property has a pass to another hotel 12 min drive where you can use swimming pools(3) at your choice. Breakfast is phenomenal - tasty and plenty: waffles, eggs, sandwiches, yogurt, donuts, cereal, juices, biscuit and gravy, oatmeal, frozen Barrie’s and bagels. Staff is very kind . I would stay there again"
