"We had a one day layover in KUL and we stayed at this hotel, It was perfect as this was in the heart of the city. Use GRAB for car rides was very accessible and the best part was the morning breakfast, so much variety and different kind of food and was included in stay... the location was 10 minute car drive to petronas towers and the city center... also a 30 minute drive to Batu Caves. The airport ride is 1 hour and it can take upto 2 hours in traffic, so plan your return times accordingly else you will miss your flight. Staff was very helpful. I was able to extend the check out time free till 2 PM and for a fee till 5 PM. They were willing to keep the luggage till after but i decided to pay or the extra time. There were many staff members who helped us... Amit (I think that was his name), Haza, Hafiz.. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
