"I had a few issues with this hotel. TV never worked, phone in the room didn't work, AC didn't work. Spoke to front desk twice and they did nothing to resolve the issues. Then a breakfast, I saw a rat in the restaurant! This place is not worth the money."

"Came to the hotel they gave me the room that I booked for which was very nice, but the air-conditioning didn’t work so after a nap, I had to go down to Reception and ask for a repair of the Air Cond or another room, I then found out that they knew about Air Cond not working, and they had to get approval ..."
