"The staff cleaning the rooms are not up to par , They remove towels but don’t replace , tissues and paper not replaced , box s of hotel amenities empty(repair kit, shoe polish cloth). Same bed shears , and they were stained and put to be seen , not replaced . A full day to get towels brought to the ..."
