Good things about this hotel: their awesome staff members, cleaners are so lovely and their amazing breakfast . Bad things about this hotel: the double room is the size of a shoes box and the toilet is even smelly and iper small; it is in the middle.of nowhere, it is very pricey considering the size of the double room and the transport to get into the center or even just to go out and eat, McDonald is the only place outside the hotel, no kettle for tea or coffees in the room and the machine downstairs was broken throughout the our entire stay .

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. It is a bit far out of the city but there is a tram line nearby and it is convenient enough to get to. McDonald’s next door was the closest option for food. We paid for the breakfast at the hotel and it was very good, well worth it and had a lot of options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was really inconvenient and had no wardrobe. Cleaning service was not good, bathing soap only lasted one day.

We found a pair of underwear in the bathroom behind the toilet. Quite unnerving. Otherwise the room was clean. Close to a tram station and a McDonald’s but that’s it. No coffee in the room. Room has no decor, very stark and sterile. Bathroom and especially the shower stall is very small.

Public transportation is about a 15 minutes away which is good. A view was advertised but my view was a local McDonald's joint. Overall not too bad of an option

Staff is inadequate. Security member of hotel entered my room with his own keys without knocking for a suspect of smoking which didn’t happen. Then apologized when he saw me totally naked :)

The hotel is in an isolated location; staff was friendly and really nice; the corridors had a strange smell; room was clean and adequate for a one night What really got me is the airport taxi. They have a sign in the reception that they can book airport taxi for 38 euro, I booked it and at the airport he asked for 40 euro because I’m paying with Visa!! and mentioned the hotel knows!! It is not about the 2 euro difference but the concept.

In addition to the rude staff that tries to rip off the guests…the hotel has dirty, unventilated rooms and was located in the absolutely middle of nowhere (seriously, look it up).

Der Check- In war eine reine Katastrophe. Die Mitarbeiter haben während des Check-ins, uns als Kunden ignoriert und dauerhaft miteinander auf spanisch/italienisch gesprochen. Es kamen noch viele Gebühren oben drauf, die nicht ausgewiesen waren. Und es hat auf den Gängen, vor den Zimmern, extrem gestunken.

The front desk staff on the day of my arrival wete awesome...10 out of 10. Night staff...different story. Did not appreciate being woken at 2:30 a.m.due toa noise complaint. I was there alobe on a 17 hour layover. Im pretty sure I was not yelling at myself in my sleep. All they had to do was listen to the silence outside my door to know they were in the wrong place. I understand the need to follow up on noise complaints however, firther investigation should be carried out to locate the source so as not to disturb guest's sleep. I also did not appreciate their superior attitude towards me when I made this suggestion to them in person at the time I missed my Uber to airport as a result, for which I was charged. The girls who checked me in went above and beyond which O was grateful for.
