I pride myself on writing quality reviews—and this one is no different. This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
PERFECT LOCATION:
Minutes from the main Square, a short 7-minute walk to Grand Central Station, steps from our walking tour meetup, and so many food options nearby. You will not be disappointed. It’s even just minutes away from the location where Anne Frank and her family were taken—such a powerful piece of history right outside the door. Simply a perfect location.
COMFORT & SERVICE:
The beds were so comfortable—some of the best sleep I’ve had while traveling. The staff? Impeccable. Friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish.
FOOD & DINING:
The on-site restaurant was phenomenal. You can even see the Chef prepare your food, which adds such a nice touch. Breakfast was generous, fresh, and had a wide variety of choices. I could go on and on about the positives!

Room for Improvement (Just Being Honest):
• Towels: A bit rough on the skin, though large and functional. Not a dealbreaker.
• Surroundings: The smell of marijuana is unfortunately hard to avoid around the city. It’s part of Amsterdam and outside the hotel’s control—but worth mentioning for travelers sensitive to it. Again, this won’t deter me from returning.
All in all, an incredible stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely return!
