Overall, the place is in a great location. Wonderful service great bar. Arrived at 3 PM to check inAnd waited about an hour for my room to be ready. For that they gave me a drink at the bar. Lovely helpful staff.

This hotel is very conveniently located to the museum square area. The Indonesian restaurant a few doors down is EXCELLENT. Breakfast at Momo was really great with eggs, pancakes and waffles from the menu and a full buffet. The carpet in the hallways needs cleaning but the hotel room was very clean and fully stocked with towels and soap. The rooms are dark with minimal lighting.

I really love this hotel. The staff was amazing and attentive, they cleaned the rooms daily, the hotel is right in the middle of central Amsterdam, with shops, restaurants, nightclubs and coffee shops. A canal is right across the street also. Just book!

Staffs are very friendly and eager to help. We arrived early and rooms are not available. the staff stored our luggages and showed us the recent attractions. About an hour later; while we were wandering in the museum, we got email notification about the room readiness.
