"This property is very convenient, especially if you are watching a concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. When I booked it, I just knew it was within very close walkable proximity of the coliseum....I didn't realize the coliseum was actually connected to the mall which was connected to/housed the hotel. It was so convenient! There were a lot of dining and shopping options in the mall and surrounding area too. The hotel room was modern and clean. They even had a water filler on each floor so...

"This is a nice hotel right in old Manila. That means narrow roads, foot and vehicular traffic with hit and miss sidewalks, crowded, chaotic with people from various walks of life.
