"While the rooms are lovely and the sheets were immaculate, I needed help with three things - 1) the front desk had to send an engineer to help me set up the Chromecast (there really was an issue, but the engineer came up at 930 pm and solved it) 2) the shower head was old and was not providing sufficient water flow and was malleable enough to where me trying to clean the openings was just squishing them (the showerhead wasn’t just cleaned, it was replaced by the time I got back to the room, but that tells you about the state of the hardware), the shower curtain was dirty - and again, they replaced the single-layer one with a replaceable liner fabric one (which tells you you have to ask for a clean and a modern liner and a shower head that works because they won’t update it on their own), and the repair team left two sharp items on the floor as a failure of sweeping the floor after the repair. I brought them to the front counter and other than an apology there was no effort to remedy this (they asked me if I needed medical help after stepping on it). So, it’s nice…. But you have to ask for basics. They’ll come through and help but they’ll still miss the mark. I’d stay here again but I’d adjust expectations tremendously."

"Pros: Great location. Good night’s sleep. Cons (no pun intended) Grabbed one bottle of water from my room because I was in a hurry. $9 plus tax. Overnight parking $75. Plan accordingly."

"The rooms could use a bit of an update. There was chipped paint all over the place and the carpet was stained. The toilet didn’t work well and the shower water could scald someone. The room also was very hot— the heat was working almost too well and there was no way to cool it down. The staff always very nice and the breakfast was great. "

"The facility was modern, clean and safe with scanning in to and out of the building. However I had the worst check in experience. My fiancé and I arrived around 1:30am attempting to check in. We were informed that the reservation was “no showed”. The front desk young lady stated that the company website says that you have to call to avoid your reservation from being cancelled. After this, she began to say that the hotel was “over sold” and that here were no rooms for the evening. I did inquire if our room was sold out for the night and never got a direct answer. She then kept repeating that there was nothing that she could do as we purchased from a 3rd party site. She also said that she could not reinstate the reservation unless I paid again for another room! At that point, we checked the website and saw that it was “preferred” that you call but not mandatory for the stay or to keep the reversion in tact. Expedia states that the hotel has 24/7 front desk and check in after 4pm without a cut off time. After much discussion she was able to “jot it down and work it out”. This felt weird as I thought the room was not available? In any case, we stayed one night and left very frustrated in the end. Either more information needs to be shared from the hotel or at least the front desk reach out before a last minute cancellation is made. "

"Staff was very calm and courteous about me needing to leave my bag at the front desk a few times. Also friendly staff at the breakfast buffet. I reserved a king bed room and got a room with two doubles with a handicapped shower that didn’t quite stream out far enough to take a shower. Also, the room was very clean but the remote was visibly disgusting. "
