"I accidentally booked a handicap room, the room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. "Only thing that was somewhat good was the pool and even that looked a little green There is no housekeeping items were stolen out of my room the sliding door was off the track so anybody could just walk right in my room at any time The toilet did not flush I never got a microwave in my room like there was supposed to be one even though I asked on numerous occasions I asked for clean towels numerous times from the front office There was dog poop all over the place I hated my stay and even asked...

"We had a two-night stay with our two kids at this hotel. The location was convenient, and parking and breakfast were included. However, the property felt outdated, from the elevator to the worn furniture. The air conditioning was loud and directly blew onto our desk, and the bathtub faucet leaked. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and housekeeping was only provided upon request. The breakfast was minimal. At check-in, the front desk felt cold and unhelpful. On checkout morning, the toilet wouldn’t flush....

"I had booked two rooms for 5 nights and had some initial issues when checking in-the rooms became separate reservations which caused some confusion. One room had great housekeeping services with towels and amenities (ie: coffee) being restocked daily. The other room, right next door, did not receive the same quality of service. If a towel was dirty (and placed where indicated), it was either left there or taken and not replaced. Not a deal breaker but an annoyance especially when the other room...
