"I want to start from the beginning. Oto, who was at the front desk, was very nice, helpful, and welcoming. He explained everything in detail, which made us feel comfortable right away. I stayed for the weekend (2 nights) and booked a family room. The room was spotless, the shower worked perfectly, and the cleaning lady was extremely kind and helpful. The indoor pool was warm and clean. There was also a jacuzzi, small but very clean and my kids absolutely loved it. I also used the sauna and steam room and really enjoyed both; everything was clean and comfortable. One restaurant was open during our stay, and the food was very good. The staff there were pleasant, friendly, and professional. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. I was able to relax and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I could, I would give it 10 stars "

"Hotel is located near the slope, so you can ride in the morning direct to slope from trail, and also returning back to hotel using trail directly from last slope right after tractors. As I am working in hotel industry, I can tell, that personel is very good, attentive and helpfull, what is one of the most important things for guests. Breakfast is very good, and rooms are modern with very comfortable beds. Also good ski storage room, but there is no sauna in the hotel, only hot tube outside with excelent view. Highly recommended place to stay for ski holiday."

"I stayed at Best Western Hotel from 31 December 2025 to 5 January 2026. The full amount for the stay was paid during check-in and split 50/50 between myself and my friend. However, on 22 January, I noticed an unauthorized charge of AED 3,033.71 made by the hotel to my card. I immediately contacted the reception. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was unprofessional and insisted that the booking had not been paid, despite me providing clear proof of payment. The issue was not resolved at reception level. The team should have first verified their bank records before charging my card again, and only contacted me if any discrepancy had actually been found. I raised a complaint with the hotel owner the same day. I received an apology and written confirmation that the transaction was cancelled. While I appreciate that the charge was eventually reversed, this situation is unacceptable and reflects very poor service and lack of proper internal checks. Guests should not have to deal with unauthorized charges weeks after their stay."

"Room was very dark as a concept hardly lights. Furnitre and carpet was Ikea minos.Except the looby hotel was dated , parking looks like construction site. I stayed off season after summer mid sep , the hotel was empty and i paid way too much money for the poor quality of room i got."

"I recommend Laguna Beach Club near Bazaleti Lake to everyone, who likes relax, sun, quiet places near the beach. Gela, who is an owner of this hotel is a great person and there is an super amazing dog Charlie. Food is excellent, staff is very friendly and professional, you can walk to the beach and the water in Bazaleti Lake is just very nice with healing habits.
