"We had an excellent stay at this property, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. There was an initial issue with one of the ac’s but they immediately gave us an additional room. "Very old rooms, water not coming in bathroom washbasin, sometimes no water in commode. Lot of construction happening in the hotel. Limited vegetarian food choice. "

"Great place, quiet, secluded beach, close enough to shops and restaurants at Varkala Beach- 100-200 rupees in a tuk tuk. Hotel staff go out of their way to help you, they arranged our transport wherever we wanted to go and prices were fantastic"
