"Great location for East Anchorage. Easy on and off the highway to get wherever you may be going in a tucked, established area. Gives an apartment living feel with all of the sounds happening from others in the bathroom, etc. next door and you’ll need to stay still to keep from disturbing others in the house with you. A good short stay venue if you’re easy to please."

"The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. "

"Overall it was OK. They did not have the lock coded when we got there so had to contact them. They also forgot to leave wi-fi instructions so had to contact them again. They were apologetic when we called so appreciated that. There was some trash by the front door and the outside grounds were not very tidy.. The house itself was fine but the overall look of the house was not attractive. Because of the price I would have expected a more pristine look."
