We appreciated the early check-in that the manager gave us. King bed was comfy, but room was very small. We were on the 3rd floor, with no elevator (though, again, manager helped carry one of our bags). Room was facing L Street, which had very noisy traffic. Very good location in downtown area.

Hotel was located in downtown which made accessing restaurants and coastal trail very convenient. Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the tub was clogged with hair and shower water was backing up. Never saw any employees during the visit. Coffee shop closed at 11 at checkout when we wanted to buy breakfast. 😢

Front desk staff was very friendly. The hot water was not working for over 12 hours. Management offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience but never issued the refund, even after being asked at the front desk and an email.

A quick stop in Anchorage for the night and this was clean and reliable with a comfortable king sized bed. The location was near downtown restaurants and local coffee places. We didn’t even interact with the front desk due to self check in and check out.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We didn’t realize there was no elevator, but the girl at the desk helped us get our suitcases up and stored them for us while we looked around town. Hotel was clean but could use a little updating. No issues at all for a one night stay.
