When I booked this online, I was thought I was staying in a 4.5 to 4.9 rated hotel. It is not. The plane landing, and taking off on the water was the highlight. ..."

"The hotel was awful, smelled terrible, elevator poorly maintained, 1 staff person, transfer were impossible to get, poor location for walking to anything. Would not recommend... I left after one night. No refund given for second night. Breakfast ended at 9am."
