"We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!"

"The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful."

"Great property with beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool. Great staff was super-helpful. Brendan bent over backward to assist us with our inadvertent double booking. Nice room with super view of the water and nearby islands. Heartily recommended! So nice we came back for an additional four nights. Will definitely come back."

"Staff is top notch, especially Shannon, however elevator broken for 6 out of 10 days we stayed here. Pool heater broken entire stay. Pool had lots of leaves everyday, there was an older gentleman who cleaned the pool and it wasn ’t really his job. So we appreciate him. Rooms could use some updating, sofa was old and stained on the upholstery. Rooms are sparsely furnished. Conveniently located to anything you may need. "

"Service was terrible, staff mostly unfriendly and constantly saying how busy they are. I waited over 90 minutes for the bellman during checkout. Apparently there was a problem with the phone saying I was calling from a different room, however, they called my cell to remind me of the checkout time, and I called the front desk 4 times, each time stating what room I was in. Lost an entire afternoon and had to change our plans due to the wait. For the price, it was not worth it. "
