"Excelente ubicación, la habitación bien implementada. Resolvieron mis preguntas con prontitud. Solo faltó limpieza diaria, pero salvo eso todo bien."

"Meget spartansk, noget af inventaret kun lige nøjagtigt funktionelt, og en meget støjende bygning. Facilitetsmæssigt er lejlighederne ret ringe, billige og der er meget støj både i lejlighederne og fra naboer da væggene er tynde (der sælges ørepropper nede i lobbyen så det ved de nok godt) . Beliggenheden er helt fantastisk og man er tæt på alt. Så hvis man er nogle voksne mennesker afsted der kan leve med meget spartanske forhold og måske alligevel skal i byen og skal bruge et sted at "crashe",...

"Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, bello e con mobilio nuovo, climatizzatore, tv grande, cucina fornita di tutto. Bagno spazioso. Buona la pulizia generale. Check in effettuato comodamente on line. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, situato in buona posizione a 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Siviglia. "

"A miserable failure. This is a remote acccess with a code only hotel that handles service issues from a call center. Our first interaction with the call center was dropped after 30 mins and the second call went just as long and was also unproductive. In the end, the call center was unable to send me an building access code because we had reserved and paid for a 4 person room (for more space) but we were only 3 people. "

"Great location: walking distance to all the sights. There was even street parking if you had a car! Lovely flat overlooking busy square at junction of 3 streets. There are lots of cafes & bars below but the flat had good soundproofing so it was only a bit of an issue at the weekend. Everything was spotless and luxurious, however some things were hard to find as laundry facilities are in a cupboard on the roof! The street facing flats have lots of light and a long narrow balcony. "Great place but it’s “off the beaten path” a bit. It’s just hard to see at night on a dark bumpy, non-paved road. Once you get to the property, it is lovely. We came for New Year’s. The summer would be amazing to use more of the amenities. The restaurant staff and food quality is great. Service Sometimes can be a little slow, but it’s vacation and I’m not in a hurry. I recommend this property!"
