"The staff paid excellent attention without being asked for anything. I traveled with two pets and upon arrival they had what I needed brought to the room. The evening excellent dinners on the rooftop had breath taking views. The glass of champaign upon arrival was relaxing after the drive up the mountains. The spa services were wonderful and had a beautiful relaxing hot tub with incredible views to enjoy prior or after the treatment. I loved this property and recommend it for so many reasons. While most take the Bernina Train and utilize the hotel's shuttle, I parked at a nearby garage, which they offered assistance. They also assisted allowing me to drive into the pedestrian area to the hotel to its front steps. The location of the hotel is in the pedestrian area with incredible shops and a walkable distance to the Bernina Train Station but because of the incline/decline the hotel will shuttle you there upon request. "

"Highly recommend this hotel. In particular, the staff was amazing. Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping folks always had a smile and warm greeting. The rooms are nicely accommodated although since we were there in June and it was warm outside, not having air conditioning made it slightly uncomfortable at night but we asked for a fan and one was brought to the room. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of variety and they were always filling up anything that was empty."

"Really great location (short walk from train station, very accessible to the places we wanted to visit on foot during our brief stay in Chur) for this friendly simple hotel. Very much appreciated the free breakfast included in the room cost - fresh tasty products. Staff friendly and helpful. Great to be able to get a guest card for discounts on local facilities - we used ours for 50% off the cost of the Chur-Brambruesch return journey."
