"Tolles Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben Lunchboxen bekommen als wir vor dem Frühstück los sind. Die Zimmergröße ist ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut besonders die Auswahl an Käse. Kostenlose Tiefgarage. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen."

"Lovely stay, clean room, enjoyed access to spa morning and evening. Room is minimal but nicely designed, some of the lighting buttons were confusing and one button was slightly faulty. Room would be improved with some coat hooks within the lobby area (stayed in Ando room with spacious lobby), or a sideboard or shelf, somewhere to put things as you come in. There wasn't a cushion to sit on by the balcony as in pictures. A kettle would also be useful."

"Comfortable hotel with friendly service in the centre of Lenzerheide, very near the buss station. The rooms are nice with a modern Alpine style decoration, renovated in 2017. The breakfast (at Hotel Lenzerhorn accross the street) is tasty and plentyful, as are the meals at both House Spescha and Hotel Lenzerhorn. The daily cleaning did not seem to include daily vacuuming of the room (parquet) floor, which led to a fair bit of dust accumulating towards the end of our one week stay. Unrelated, we...

"Beautiful location for this wonderful resort & spa. Our room was comfortable & modern. We enjoyed our balcony view very much. The in house spas was excellent with different types of sauna and a whirlpool. Restaurant & bar - excellent service and food."
