"Was a over great place to stay"

"Wonderful hotel in a great location. It was awesome to be able to walk to the Menil Collection. One of our favorite areas of Houston. The only thing that was odd, and a safety hazard was the shower. No door or curtain allowed water to get all over the bathroom floor making it very slippery. We had to put towels down all over the floor."

"Staff was great with self inflicted issues at checkin. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful even on BUSY mornings. Pool area, fitness center are absolutely a hidden gym compared to other hotels in the area. Absolutely will stay again Cons: parking garage/self parking is extra (i believe was $18/night) Must check in by parking on the street before you can park. Leaving your vehicle in an ACTIVE lane of traffic."

"The place was clean and modern and the breakfast was very good. However, they run the place really cheaply so I would not go back. They only clean the rooms every other day but give you towels for 1 day. The room had no conditioner and the body lotion didn’t work. There was no bar soap. They use the cheapest, thinnest toilet paper I’ve encountered in a hotel. They give you 1 coffee capsule for your stay, no matter how many nights. And they charge $20 per day for parking."

"We had a great stay! Staff was nice and friendly and room spacious and comfortable. I am deducting one star for a parking pass that did not work at the gate repeatedly and elevators who did not seem to work one of the evenings."

"Great place to stay"

"Spacious, very clean, quiet room. Amazing beds. Covered parking garage on site, with private access, so it feels very safe, also, they have security personnel making rounds. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaning service is offered every third day, the hotel makes a note of that in the small card they attach to your room key. Didn't try the restaurant since we cooked in our room's kitchen."

"The room was clean and met our needs. The water pressure in the shower was poor and it was kind of hot. They were having AC problems. The staff was nice."

"The elevators were under maintenence. Lines were 20 minutes or more to get up to our 14th floor room. Caused us to miss the shuttle and getting back to the hospital several times. My mom is 81 and it was very hard on several people."

"Too many hidden charges"

"Stayed here during a business trip and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. One of my coworkers left her room in the morning with the bathroom sink completely fine. While we were away, housekeeping found the sink broken. Instead of investigating what happened, management immediately decided it was our co-worker's fault, charged her $350, police wad called, and had her removed from the hotel. What bothered me wasn’t even the money. It was the attitude. The manager never provided any...
