"The staff that checked me in were AMAZING! The guys name was Court, and I don’t remember the young lady who was there with him. It was hot downstairs and it was sweltering in the elevators, but the rooms were cool. The cleaning staff were nice and very accommodating as well.
My only issue is that Mr. Court charged my card $40 for incidentals when I checked in. However, once we got to the room and were settling in, I got a phone call from someone saying I needed to come back downstairs and place a card on file for incidentals. I said ok and finished getting dressed even though I knew I’d already handled this. I didn’t rush because we were getting dressed for an event and I knew I’d handle it when we left. But when I opened the door to leave, a typed note had been left taped to my door for all to see saying that I needed to come put a card on file and that my room keys would be deactivated until I handled the matter. Very embarrassing!! When I got downstairs and inquired about the situation, I was told that it was a mistake and I was fine."
