"The property was not clean at all, walls had cracks windows had the most disgusting borders, sheets looked worn and old. The couches in the rooms were torn up in areas and stained. Completely ignored the carpet and hotel. Being clean is the BARE Minimum in a hotel and this one was just disgusting. I left for a quick emergency and requested a refund through Expedia who contacted the hotel for reimbursement when then the hotel OWNER called me on a private number aggressively asking me why I wanted...

"There was plenty of vending machines but nothing in them to vend, 1 ice machine located upstairs which wasn’t too bad. The overall quality of the room was terrible , stains on the bed, rude customer service and when we attempted to bathe the knob on the shower fell off. "I really like the home away from home feel with a kitchenette and sitting room. Breakfast being offered is a plus. The room I stayed in had a musty odor when I walked in and seemed to linger throughout my stay, unfortunately. Seems I may have stayed in an older building or one that has not been renovated yet. The elevator carpet needs major cleaning or replacement. My stay was just okay."

"All was good except for the alarm clock was set and I didn't do it. I would think the staff would check the alarm clock to make sure it was not set for the next guest. It is bad enough that you are sleeping in a strange bed, but to then have the alarm clock turn on, not good!"
