"Staff was very accommodating and was really helpful and kind. We checked in late and made it easy for us to get in. We left some items behind and the cleaning staff returned it to front desk and gave us a call about the items that were left behind. They mailed it to us and we are thankful for their great service! The place is wonderful and the view is amazing. It is right across the street from the waterfront. I would highly recommend this place and would go back again."

"I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lobby was big and open and welcoming. The room we had was a king size bed and queen size bed, with a couch. The room was so large, the beds so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had good food with lots of variety. Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The night staff who checked me in was very helpful. The remainder of the evening was spent listening to the people always, yelling, talking and footsteps upstairs. The shower was not working correctly, nor was any shampoo available.linens were soiled and torn, Parking was full . Mostly . Charged the most I’ve ever paid , especially for a Motel 6"

"This hotel is in need of a renovation! The carpet in the rooms is so old it felt dirty. The number on the Hotel call list at the airport didn’t work so I called the number listed with the hotel name on the board. Got an answering machine that apparently no one listens to… finally looked up the hotel number through google on my phone to get the front desk. Waited over a hour for the courtesy van. I could have walked there in less than 30 min."

I had 2 rooms and both were not clean when I went to check them. I checked in at 5pm and the front desk dude with the weird eyes said it’s because the house keeper is new and takes longer to clean. "I did not intend to stay at this property. I was tricked into it by them using the name Red Lion Inn ... which was a property I have used many times in the past with great success. Don't be fooled by the name. This proprietor has apparently stolen the name Red Lion when the old Red Lion was converted to a DoubleTree property. "The property outside is well maintained and clean as are the rooms. I like that the location is close to the airport with a convenient shuttle. Parking for a length of time is also safe and convenient."

"Property needs a majoy upgrade. Our room had a very weird smell to it, even after wiping things down and cleaning it. Parking was uneasy due to a lot of people crowding withun the area. Hallway to the rooms had spills and trash. Checkin agent seemed as if she just woke up and wasnt interested in assisting us. Ants in bathroom and breakfast food was not great. Overall rating would be 0 for me. "
