"No hair dryer in the room, asked at Front Desk and their response was only that some rooms have them, some don't. Reservation for 3 adults and towels provided for just 2 people - asked and Front Desk didn't seem to understand that each adult requires their own bath towel. Bed sheet with hole in it - clearly visible when bed was made. Housekeeping inconsistent. One day missed completely. Another day the bathroom was done but bed not made."

"Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is under going improvements and remodeling so there were rolls of carpet in the hallways but everything very well maintained. Room comfortable, well furnished (including mini refrigerator and microwave) and large in size. Bed comfortable. AC worked well and much needed given outdoor temperatures. Bathroom is a bit cozy :) (aka small). Location perfect for nearby family reunion. Did not use pool but it looked amazing. Also did not try free...

"We were traveling to this area for a bowling tournament. The staff here at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. They navigated the amount of children/teens present very well. The rooms were very clean. Maintenance was onsite daily. The pool and spa area was clean and maintained well. Breakfast was good for a complementary meal. Will definitely consider staying again if ever in the area."

"The room smelled and was dirty, Inspected the comforter and sheets, the bed casing was filthy. Floor was dirty, Room was dusty and the tv had something smeared on it, most likely a child rubbing on the tv. I refused to stay there. Rhoda was very helpful and kind and courteous through the whole process."

"We liked how helpful and accommodating all the staff were. Only issue we had was regarding maid service. Our sheets were never changed and I’m not sure our room was vacuumed while we were there. Prior to this visit we were very happy with our stay. This time our room just didn’t feel clean despite receiving fresh towels."
