"Karras Livin was perfect for what we needed. Room size was fine and location was great. Pool was occasionally a little dirty so we used the pool at the hotel sometimes. Staff friendly. Cleaner always came when we were sleeping so room was only cleaned once during two weeks. "The hotel is children paradise. Free access to fantastic water park. Pools and beach are exceptional. Food is fantastic and options of four amazing a la carts restaurants included in all inclusive price. Beds very comfortable with mattress topper. Difficult for children to accept in the future any other holiday hotel since it has set the bar extremely high. Staff very polite and go beyond their way to make sure you are enjoying your holidays and the hotel facilities. Complete relaxation for the whole family with lots of activities and disco nights especially with Marco as DJ are perfect."

"Excellent hotel, staff and breakfast. Room cleaned twice a day unless you asked them not to. Relaxed atmosphere despite the hotel's rating. Excellent spa, cave pool (both free to guests) and massage services (for a fee although some days we received a free 10 minute shoulder massage by the pool). Excellent quality and variety of food. Gym equipment in both hotels was a bit worse for wear but a small issue compared to all of the positives."
