"The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size, clean, comfortable and well maintained. On first look, the location seemed a little gritty. But, there were solid security messages and once we found our way around, we able to avoid the areas that were less desirable. The included breakfast was also great!"

"Room was in a good location minus the dirty street it was on. Touch code entry made it nice. Room was nice. Stairs to the upstairs room where the hot tub was are dicey. Drain plug would not close in the hot tub my last night despite about 100 tries and doing it every which way. The two nights before were like 10-15 tries. The only other issue I had was I wanted to pay in Euros but the Link they supplied me made me pay in USD and gave me an unfavorable exchange rate. I lost about $26 in that...

"3A & 3D-We moved from our single room to adjoining suite as a 3rd person was joining us. The suite was great but the adjoining room was very small and the shower just flooded everything when used. The air conditioning quit working but the property was aware and worked to correct (had to wait on part). A fan was brought up which helped immensely. Still a great property overall and wonderful staff."

"Great stay! We only stayed for 1 night, but we were very happy with our stay. The location is great, near a ton of restaurants. The rooms were clean and modern. My only recommendation to the hotel would be to keep a blanket or comforter in the room somewhere (in a drawer if not on the bed) as an option for guests, the bed only had a single sheet!"
