I took off one star from the clean writing because the first night there was dog hair or something on our comforter on the bed and on the first layer of sheets under that but once we notified them they took care of it immediately."

"The manager of the property knew I was gonna to hiking and late checking in so they made sure the heat and a light was on for me!!! Wow, what a small but very much appreciated thing to do as it was dark and so cold!!"
