"This hotel is perfectly located for shopping at the outlets. I was working in a nearby town and it was easy to get off on the freeway. Swimming pool and other amenities was really nice. Rooms were large and also very clean and well furnished… There is no elevator in the two-story building so if you plan to go request a first floor room. Unless you don’t mind stairs."

"Worst hotel/motel experience by far! Spiders and bugs and what looked like rodent feces (?) all over. Non smoking room that smelled EXTREMELY strong like cigarettes (and cigarettes all over the window seal outside). ***Bathroom: tons of dead bugs, live spiders, spider webs, and what looked like rodent feces. Not clean in any way. Multiple “repairs” to room that look like they were done by a child that had never used a tool in their life. ***Bed: literally felt like a thin sheet over a hammock...

"Great location. Basic room. Room smelled stagnant, stale, of cigarette smoke and musty. The room desperatelyneeds updated. The carpet is loose. There are cracks and crevices everywhere. There is no ventilation so everything gets fogged up when someone showers. I inspected the mattresses and drawers upon arriving, due to the condition of the room in fear of bugs. There were no evidence of bedbugs or roaches, but we did find a roach in the bathroom in the morning. The sheets were clean and the...

"The room was so nice and neat! The breakfast spread they offer in the morning was amazing! There was a good selection to choose from and they’re restocking it once in awhile; so fresh, hot food is always available ! :)"

"The location was great and the rooms were clean. However, I stayed on the first floor and someone above me was very loud late jnto the night. I struggled to fall asleep and wasn't able to get another room until the following night. Also, the restroom next to the pool had overflowed and sewage spilled out into the walkway next to the elevator. Besides those two issues, the place was really awesome. I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"Everything was PERFECT with Hotel Winters AND their staff is just AMAZING!!! They were very attentive and kind. The hotel appointment is just excellent and they even had welcome drinks :) We will definitely stay here again!"

"They had THE BEST breakfast. I’m gluten-free and they have udies brand muffin (upon request). The other food was excellent also, especially the little egg white omelet! Very good coffee with variety of creamers. I’m definitely going back to the hotel & now I’m excited about eating the breakfast!"

"This is my go-to for stays in the area. The rooms are nice, and there are obviously many workers in the area who also frequent this hotel. They have a hot tub, a sauna and steam room, and also have a full hot breakfast - very unusual these days. The front desk is always accommodating if I want to swap rooms."
