"The room was clean for the most part except for mold on the a/c unit and some floor cracks and random things. If you want a decent but outdated sort of room for a cheaper rate than other hotels then this is your place. They definitely need to do more preventative maintenance though as well because our automatic door keypad decided to not work 3x before complety giving out on us. "We were placed in a room that had a giant shipping container outside of it. We asked to be moved but they would / could not do that. Our door lock was faulty and every time we tried to open our door it failed and we had to go to the front desk and ask for help. Very inconvenient. The finale was at 11:30 pm the fire alarm went off and we had to leave the building under duress along with everyone else and wait 30 minutes until it was clear to return. "While this was a reasonably price stay for an oceanfront venue, we would have been happier spending more money elsewhere. The room was reasonably clean upon arrival but they only clean every other day. Sand on the tile floor is a problem and trash builds up quick. We only got one towel each for our 3 day stay there never any available when we requested more. Pet friendly but the smell of dog permates the air. TV remote only changed channels and volume, we had to get out of bed to turn it off....

"The room itself was nice. Could be updated. There were pots pans, dishes, stove, full-size refrigerator, all the amenities that you could want coffee maker. Everything was good bed was comfortable outside balcony looking onto the beach and pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."
